Celestron Regal F/ED 100 spotter..... a "best buy"?

Have been researching spotters to be used to resolve 6mm bullet holes at 600 meters. After much review it seems that this Celestron product gives the most "bang for the buck" Is there a better scope out there at this price?

I've been using the 65 Regal "ED" this past summer for F-class @ 600 and 1000. IMO its a steal for the quality and clarity you get for the price. A fellow competitor also did a lot of research and came to the same conclusion and purchased one also. I get people at every match take a look and comment on how clear it is compared to the high-end stuff. Check one out and you won't be disappointed . EJ

type "celestron regal spotting scope" in the search bar of google or whatever search engine you use. And start clicking on the hits. Lots of camera places have that spotter at a reasonable price..

Do you have a Regal? I have been pondering one for a while. They look like a great buy. I went to Kundert Aviation in a previous life. Went dog hunting last year with a guy who flies a Citation out of FAR.

No I dont have one........Yet.. I had the opportunity to sit behind and score a shooter who had one (the 65mm model) for a day, and I had the chance to compare it to an older Kowa, cant recall the model, but I was really impressed by the Celstron. Enough to where I am going to save my pennies and get the 80mm Regal. I have a pair of 20x80 Celstron astronomy binocs I use for PD shooting that are, for the money, pretty dang impressive.. And a joy to look thru all day.. Poor man's Big-eyes...
