case weight importance ?

Remington 7saum brass varies from 242 to 246 grains, in the batch I am working with.
What amount of case weight variance do you think allowable if you were being pretty picky ?
In smaller capacity cases, can you relate acceptable weight differences to a percentage of case weight ?

The differentiation in case weight is of no consequence. The meaningful criterium is case volume.
