case capacity Lapua vs LC

generally which has more based on your experience? the freebore on my new 223AI barrel is such that I'm slightly compressing the loads I want to use with the 77g TMK. Not so with the 80g SMK. I've got 300+ of the former.

As I measure the Lapua has 30.0 while LC has 31.0 gr water capacity. All my LC is from once fired military.

LC brass has slightly more capacity. It is also slightly thicker in the webbing and supposedly hard as nails........."

I'm pretty much a noob on these things but can't quite reconcile that the one that is thicker in the web, a good thing (LC) also has more capacity????
