Starline 223 no good for 223 AI

What was that lot number? If mine is from a different lot, then Starline has real QC problems.

you mean like this? They know of a bad lot from a while ago. This was from that lot. They replaces them. All you have to do it call them.

I had the same exact thing happen over a year ago with Starline 300 BLK brass. The brass split in the middle just like yours. Some of the brass had little slits on the shoulder also. After I called them, I sent STARLINE a picture and the brass back to them and they sent me a bunch of new brass. They were and are very responsible for there products.

I don't remember what the lot # was. They replaced the ones I had. I had to pull almost 75 69gr Sierra matchkings. The bullets got messed up and the primers were also popped out. But they went into some pistol practice rounds. So I lost the bullets and powder and primers the original brass that split and the bullets that were pulled. They gave me about 20 extra cases over what I had originally. They were very responsive. But I was mad that I had to use the bullets that were pulled as foulers. I normally use a fmj for that.

Mine were the 556 brass and they sent 223 brass to replace.
