Guys,

I want to try "what if" variation on the score cartridge that I shoot to look at different ways to increase capacity just a hair.

Basically, 34.7 grains of LT-32 is absolutely fantastic, but it absolutely fills the case at a dead slow trickle and makes seating bullets a chore.

I'd like to tweak he design such that I could get 35 grains in at about half way up the kinds short neck.

I'm open to any ideas about how to do it. Does Quickload let you toy with designs that way? Open source CAD?

Cartridge development depends greatly for intended use.
A new cartridge for the Benchrest crowd won't go far unless a known shooter adopts it & wins national matches with it.
Example would be 6GT, and 6 ARC.
Some PRS shooters have taken to them.
But you probably won't see too many in benchrest.

A new cartridge for hunting is a completely different story.
