Cargo Trailer Setup

If I was setting up a trailer
It would be 7 foot wide 7 foot tall inside 16 to 18 foot long It would have heat and air Well insulated led light and would have a generator
Probably the best answer is a small camper and all you would have to make is a loading bench
 
2 of the most efficient loading trailers I have seen were gooseneck car haulers. they both had living quarters in the front and room for several guys in the back. they did not have a wall to separate the living space which made it great for guys to sit and yak in the evening.

a seven footer can get cramped fast-get one 8 foot wide, you wont be sorry.

after you panel the walls you wont have 7 ft left.
 
You can get pretty creative when customizing an enclosed car hauler. I think to have one with sleeping quarters and reloading bench it would need to be at least 7' wide and 16' long. AC and heat are a piece if cake as RV AC units mount in the roof vent openings. Heat is just as simple provided the roof is insulated. If not, condensation will cause dripping and a mess for the reloader. I could easily mount a press and reloading equipment to one of the 2 bunk shelves in my hybrid if needed. Being 6.5' tall inside, I could actually add another bunk shelf for additional storage. Mine isn't big enough for comfort but just for last minute sleep quarters set up. The camper in my truck bed would cover the comfort part while the trailer offered room for gear.

see if you can get chris harris from bullet central to send you pics of his. after seeing loading trailers of every style over the years, his is the absolute best set up ive ever seen. it even has an air compressor on board

Once we started looking around i noticed quickly the difference in quality from brand to brand. I'm not a fan of 3 piece roofing designs nor low head height, as I intend to use mine for quite a few different chores.
There's nothing worse in my mind than paying your hard earned money for a questionable product just to save a couple hundred bucks.
Look closely at the frames and support spacings and decide if you want pop rivets showing on the exterior or not, tire size and door sizing man the list can get long.

Legend trailers are made in St John's and Alma Michigan. Very good trailers. Very well made but very expensive trailers. I'm not convinced spending more gets you more where trailers are concerned. Still, if you bought a Legend, you'd have a well built unit.
