Can someone make something for me on a lathe?

What I'm needing is.
I have a counter bore 9/16" with a pilot hole of 1/8" in the center. Im looking for a 2-1/2"" long pilot with (1/2" long 1/4x28 threads) the other 2" of the pilot turned down to 1/8" shaft. Im hoping to screw this in the action for alignment for 9/16 drill bit to cut. I'm hoping the 1/8" shaft will hold up. Like on Ernie the gun smith web page.
Thanks
Anthony

Don't think it will be stiff enough to keep your counterbore where you want it. --Jerry

If you're going to epoxy a bedding block in anyway, the hold doesn't need to be pretty. Move it over with a rattail file or a dremel tool. --Jerry

How far off is it
Well,
I beded my first one by myself and it turned out really great. I drilled a 9/16" hole for 1/2 pillars but the hole was off that I had to slide the stock left or right. I could see the hole alinment off before drilling. With a plastic sleeve inside my pillar to keep every thing tight lined up with this hole off I had to take sleeve out and shift the stock. The origanal holes are bigger than the bolt so the hole begging off is ok.
