874EC987-73DB-46E8-A94B-E0DED313F5B7.jpeg I am looking for someone with a lathe to make me 8 small bushings, for my 2 gravely rider tractors.( sorry not gun related).
They are for the front wheel assemblies, so the bearings are close to these bushings, i think before and after the bearing races.
The sizes are , id - . 752. , ( this is the most critical dimension, as these will slip over the shaft which must be .750. I will measure the shafts just to make sure they dont have any wear on them.)

OD - 1.00
Length - .50

So again, the size is : I.D. .752
O.D. 1.00
Length. .50

I need a total of 8 of these made. It looks like they use a softer steel as to not wear the shaft, and bearings, so something like cold rolled steel may work ?

If this is something that you could make me, let me know with a quote. Im sure they could ship in a small box or a small Post office box for under $10.00 to ship, which i will pay as well as what your quote is.
Please let me know by sending me a pm.
Thank you,
Lee

Looks simple enough but is this a wearable bushing or more of a spacer. From the diagram, I'd guess itjust takes up space against the inner bearing races.

Mike, I'd bet you are correct. The pcs he needs fit air radially and two thou is too much for a shaft fit imo. The race and brg are the, well, Bearing surface. I doubt if .003-5" over would hurt a thing and I'm a picky so and so for fits.
Just break the I.D. edges.
If the id was determined with calipers it will be a smidge larger from the rip.
