Can i get a pic of threaded muzzle flush set up

I have read alot about guys threading the scrap portion of the muzzle to hookup a power chamber flush fitting. Well a pic is worth a thousand words. I think I understand what exactly is being described. But seeing one would be nice. Thanks.

I don’t have a pic right now but I drill 3/8” deep and use a short thread 1/8” NPT tap. Then just screw in my coupler to the 1/8” npt threads

Not knowing, can I assume this is something done during rifling / chambering ?

I do as danny does above but i use 1/4npt. Doesnt have to be precise. I use 1/4npt because thats what the surplus swivel union was i got off ebay

Thanks much. For some reason i thought there was an additional adapter betweeen the union and barrel. Not sure why or how I thought that though!

Would that be an ideal union? or just for easy illustration? Those things have so darn many specs and options.

Yes get a hydraulic rated one thats oilable. Put a piece of unistrut or something out the back if you get a 90deg one to stop the hose from spinning in startup.

Heres a straight one. Little less handy but cheaper.
