Looking at @jaclthr s pictures of making a 50 wheel for a KLA, it's a lot of machine time and a lot of material.

Financially it would be better to use something else for 50 cal. I use a Ballistic Edge Mfg 360 http://www.ballisticedgemfg.com/model-360.html

For 50 brass, I change out the torch heads to Bernzomatic JT539T Swirl Flame Brazing Torch https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000WH2WIO/?tag=accuratescom-20

So, you think its better financially to buy ANOTHER case annealer when I already have one? Seems to me a wheel made for the one I have would be cheaper than another $400 separate machine.

Hello Guys,

Finally got this thing running. I changed to MAPP gas for hotter flame due to the much thicker brass and the way I did the outer ring for the holes, I had to grind away a little of the base ( About .100 ) to let the brass drop through. I will know better should I try this again, What A Mess Though. Final pictures to follow.
