California ?

Pretty STUPID isn't it?

Everything is pretty stupid in CA anymore. Now if Jerry and his cronies would stop smoking dubbies for lunch and dinner, we could have a breakthrough in re-creating some of their brain cells, since all they use to think anymore is their tailpipes which has their heads stuck up them. I guess we could always hope they develop a gastrointestinal need to pass gas.

Alex

Phil3.....if that happens, be creative and make some friends in Utah and Arizona. It's really a nice and pleasant drive to either state. And their products are plentiful.

You can't rollerskate in a buffalo herd.....

Until Safeway goes under, I never hunted anything in California.

The only thing I ever "hunted" in my life was a gopher from hell, ravaging my Dad's lawn. Taken out with a Sheridan 5mm air rifle, but was in the 1960s, where lead pellets, air rifles...even in suburbia drew next to no attention except a laugh or two.

Don't try to buy it out of state, I have been told (in person, to my face, not internet postings) by current state LEO and federal LEO that the big NV gun shows (Reno, LV, etc) will and do have a dozen plain clothes agents watching licence plates in the parking lot, then tail you into the gun show to see what you buy, then pop you at the border. This is already happening for hi-cap mags. With the new ammo ban, interstate buying will be illegal.

Also, don't forget the new 80% law, all must have standardized markings to be traceable. After 1/18, you must apply for a SerNo from DOJ-BOF.

Bottom line, go sign the petitions and then go vote!!!

Whenever a Democrat tells you they only want "reasonable" gun control just look to California. On top of this, they also passed prop 57 that would give early release to 30,000 non violent offenders. Non violent includes "rape by intoxication, rape of an unconscious person, human trafficking involving a sex act with minors, drive by shootings, assault with a deadly weapon, arson causing great bodily injury, lewd acts upon a child and false imprisonment of an elder".

"Hi my name is Mike and I'll be your trooper today"? First, they have no jurisdiction in NV and it's NOT a Fed case. Second they have NO probable cause to effect a traffic stop. Third....the boundary between two states is NOT a border. Borders are reserved by definition to countries and not States. Once upon a time a lawyer driving 80 from Reno to Sacto was stopped at the agriculture check point and asked the 'nature of your business in California" That question is illegal inside this country. They may still be paying him off from the settlement. Stop all the fear cr@p and get on with yourself.

The Supreme Court majority written by Chief Justice John Roberts found that to "reasonably believe" something is against the law is the only requirement to pull someone over. This means you can be pulled over even if you haven't broken a law.
