Cabelas shipping

I had a gift card from work and the only place I could get anything I would actually use was at Cabelas,,got a box of Lapua 6.5x47 brass,,1 box 6.5 142 SMK, 1 box 136 Scenar L and 1 box 140 VLDs,,

the stuff showed up over a 3 day period in 4 different boxes,,,,it would have all fit in the 1st box that had the 142 SMK`s in it,,,I dont see how they break even like that,,

I ordered ten bags of brass last year hoping to get all the same lot. I received eight different lots and they came in nine separate boxes!

Years ago, all goods were shipped from a Sidney NB location, today, with retail stores all over the country, it seems all on hand inventory from any location can be shipped. This has been going on for quite some time.

since the order was over 100$$ it was free shipping ,,the brass was about 15$ higher than PV and the bullets were 7-8$$ a box higher but the gift card was only useable at a few different big stores,,with a 250$$ card I figure I actually got maybe 200$$ worth of stuff but it was free so what the crap,,it just seems like a big waste shipping 4 little things in 4 different big boxes and come on 4 different trucks,,
