I've been a BofA customer since 1960 and used them as my business banker for number of years too. I guess that helps.

They are one of the worst predatory lenders out there. I cut up my card years ago, and encourage you to do the same.

This is really the truth. Had one for years. Slow on one payment due to being on vacation at the time. Interest went from low single digit to 20+%. Paid them off and cut up card. Now not only NOT in my wallet - wouldn't have their card where the sun doesn't shine even if they candy-coated it!!!!!
