BZ to Berger Customer Support

I recently contacted Berger Tech support with a minor concern.
My email POC was polite and quite responsive.
In short order, they "made it right."
Just wanted to say thanks publicly.
I know that doing the right thing in a large organization isn't always obvious or easy.

Actually, we're not that large. Despite the suggestions I see floating around from time to time, Berger is still pretty much Berger, and most of the tech crew remains exactly the same. Very little changes otherwise, aside from the escape from CA and trying to catch up with all the backorders . . . but we're getting there.

Glad your experience was good. Mine was terrible. Never again.

I too, had a similar experience with Berger/Capstone. My initial call for information didn't go very far, but the second with more specific questions netted a much different response. I was told that they would make some contacts with others in the company to see about resolving my problem "and call me back".

Sure enough they did and had a resolution that was very fair, because they wanted me to be happy! What a great way to do business!

My thanks to Berger/Capstone also.
