i had a bushnell 4x14 legend hd that the parallax wasnt working right so i shipped it back to bushnell they sent me a brand new 4x16 nitro ffp the msrp on these are $719 the legend was purchased for $279 thats what i call customer service

Holy cow I think I'm gonna send them all my bushnells and see what they send me back! None of mine are broke but it seems worth it to roll the dice!

They have had my week old 6500 for a little over a week now. It wouldn't focus. Waiting to see what they are going to do with it. I know its been discontinued so I'm curious as to what they are going to do. Repair or replace??
