Bushing for Harrels tuner?

Hopefully posting this in the right place.
I recently bought a Harrels tuner for my 1913 Anschutz, is it feasible to have a bushing made (possibly Delrin?) so I can also use it on a smaller diameter barrel? (rather than buy two tuners)
Tried searching and could not find any matter on the subject.
Has anybody done, or heard of this?
Any downsides that come to mind?
Thanks!

It might not be ideal but Ive done it a few time and didn’t notice any ill affects. I’ve made them out of aluminum and brass. It might react a little different with a delrin bushing but I doubt you’ll even notice.

Just have the tuner bored to fit the larger barrel. Then shim with whatever flexible material is available to fit the smaller barrel. Brass, aluminum or plastic or even solid cardboard will work. Never noticed that the kind of shim material made a difference. I'm sure some won't agree with me.

I take it the tuner isnt threaded.
In any case I would want a tuner for each one.
You pay someone to make a bushing why not just get the other tuner.
As far as tuners go I would look to Mike Ezell and his tuners it would be worth it.
Unless you can make your own as well.

I bought a Harrel from Killoughs and they made me a bushing for a CZ barrel and when I moved the tuner to a 40X they bored the tuner to fit.

Killoughs is a great outfit.
