I do offer both rf and cf tuners. If you're after a longer sight plane with the bloop tube, the links tha usmcdoc posted may be of help, as mine do not have rails cut for sights.
I agree. I find using a tuner waayy easier than powder charge and seating depth.
No, I'm just saying that traditional tuning methods are usually done by changing powder charge and or seating depth. I prefer to find the best load one time, then maintain it with small tuner adjustments when needed.
I like mikes tuner. Easy repeatable adjustments. Easy to read and adjust from a seated position at the bench. I have sat down at the line with my pet load and shot a big ugly group because i pre-load all my ammo my day woulda been ruined but with a few tweaks of the tuner in about 2 mins it went right back to shooting small.
Jimmy. I've been shooting center fire short range score for 5 seasons now. The 1st 2 seasons I shot without one, the last 3 with tuners. My friend who got me into this game always told me that he would never use a tuner because it adds another variable. He has 20 years in this game. I convinced him to get one from Mike, now he has 2 for both his rifles. He has done better with the tuners than without. He has been shooting a 6PPC in score and he has been coming to the matches pre loaded since acquiring his tuners which made his life a whole lot less stressful since now he doesn't have to keep his rifle in tune the conventional way. Me personally, I would not go to the line without one on any of my rifles. I have 9 tuners for about 50 barrels that I own, 5 of them are Ezell tuners, which IMO are the best and easiest tuners on the market. I have done so much better with them than without.
