I’m back for more opinions FL bushing dies

Currently using reading s die in 6 xc I noticed top of the neck bells a little after sizing I use pin gauges to bring neck to final id it straightens them out
Anyone else notice this

I find Wilson to be better than Redding.

Lip around case mouth

Anybody had this happen before? Small "flare"/lip around case mouth after resizing. Neck measures .327 except on top of flare. Measures .330 there. .308 Hornady brass. Second reloading. I spun it on some 400 grit paper and it goes away.
