Burris -Ruger to weaver-base-adaptor

Has anyone used these adapters?

Are they flat across the bottom?
Except for the locking stud.

I need to raise the scope height about .200" to clear a 56 mm bell, and need to reduce the long eye relief on a Ruger 77, 7mag rifle.

I have a set. They are flat on the bottom. I noticed that mine are a little different than the one on the Burris link. I have had mine for about 5 years or so. They did work, as described. I will try and upload a few pics if I can.

Thanks for the photo's,
Just what I am looking for,
have a set coming.

Am I correct the these bases can be windage adjusted,
some what, to maintain center line of the scope?
