I received a notice that they had primers in stock and ready to ship, so I called this morning with a order for some 215 LRM's and they will not ship primers to NYS..
Never heard of such a thing, they said it was because of some county's, so they decided to cut out all of the state ..
Pretty sad if you ask me...

They want all legit gun owners to give up their guns or move out of the state. It'll be more safe that way. ::)

I can't say I don't blame them. There is only two ways for y'all to combat the issue...change things within your state or get out. Your state is who is messing you over.

I know it's not y'all's fault you live around a bunch of libtards and I feel sorry for you but there are ways to be heard or felt.

They would not sell me 22 LR. I will remember them when I'm ordering. There are no laws restricting 22 ammo in my county or at state level.

NY has nothing in effect as far as the instant Back ground checks on ammo sales yet as far as I know.. I don't think they knew what they was doing, Just pass laws and have know idea how to implement them.. To bad Bullets.com has called it quits already because we can still buy and order this stuff..

Due to the uncertainty with the laws in NY, I would think Shiraz has made a wise business decision. If the state of NY chose to retaliate against bullets.com, it would prove to be a very expensive battle for Shiraz.

Precisely!

The everchanging laws of certain states, county by county are hard to keep up with. One mistake and we would have a battle and a nasty stain on us. Think about it - there has to be a good reason for us to refuse business. Sometimes we get nasty calls from customers telling us WE are infringing on their 2nd amandment rights by not selling to them! Well, you just have to make one mistake and it will cost us hundreds of thousads of dollars in legal fees. Ever fought a Govt. legal team that has no limit to their budget?

They said no powder either, but Powder Valley is shipping 32# this week so thats not a problem.
I really don't blame Shiraz, just that it's not a problem in this county to buy primers or powder, even if it is in the city 400 miles East of me....

This is really sad to here. If we don't pay attention to what is going on around us, this cancer will spread to other states.

I am pretty sure in some way our suppliers are watching each other. With that said I feel that one or two will keep all of use with supplies. Now I've been able to order from Bullets.com with no problem. I too am sorry to hear that some will not be able to order from them, but all so happy in a way. Now don't hate but love me, I have just gotten back to ordering things, now that I can. With this small problem some say, is a good thing for me.
