Bart, since the Juenke instruments are rare and expensive (as far as my budget is concerned), do you know of anyone who makes bullet spinning collets. It would seem like a useful and economical way to test bullets. (I already own a Dremel tool and amp meter.) I figured maybe Sinclair but didn't find anything like it on their website.Spin them 30,000 rpm held in a collet fit in a Dremel tool. Put an amp meter in the power cord. The more out of balance bullets have, the more current the tool draws.
