Bullet Shipping Issues -- Packaging

Natchez must have found a daycare to sub out their shipping to. Finally was able to order 180 hybrids, they put it in thin box, one layer of tape across the top, then Fed Ex beat the crap out of it and it showed up 4 days late missing a box of 500. "oh we will back order it and give ya a call- was 13 months since our last shipment." The only good part about the call to Fed Ex was that the guy in the Philipines call center spoke mediocre english. Said he would have somebody look for it. F'ing great.

Did they offer to refund for the missing one?

I quit ordering from them when I found they sell my contact information. I was getting a ton of junk catalogs due to this.

Yeah, they will refund I hope. Something about kicking over to customer service. Not even really sure what dept I spoke to.

This. I received two FedEx bullet shipments this week. Both broke open and missing two boxes. They were retaped and sent on their way. I still have 2000 bullets in route with FedEx.....
Blue Collar reloading uses priority boxes they reenforce. Never had a problem with them.
yeah I have had very good luck with them as well. All thats needed is a roll of reinforced tape

If you'll notice FedEx has a lot of employee 'turn over'. Poor treatment and an inability to make decent wages. Many FedEx employees are "contract" employees, the modern way to cheat workers. It seems some deliveries turn into a 'bonus'. I ordered a jeep winch thru the NAPA dealer, FedEx delivered an empty box, a week later I received my winch properly boxed. So does a FedEx employee have a new top of the line 'bonus' winch on their jeep? Check the parking lot. The UPS drivers don't have much 'turn over', they are career employees. They are well paid, with retirement benefits, the are not just waiting "for something better to come along". Stealing from the employer is a terrible idea to 'make up' for poor wages or working conditions.

Agreed on all, except they are not stealing from employer, they are stealing from me, or, whoever insures the package. As crappy as this was packed, it probably was strewn all over the floor at one of their centers. 500 bullets everywhere that some poor schmuck had to clean up and immediately dumped in the garbage.

I have had issues with all delivery services remember the Samsonite gorilla at the airport, in all most all cases it is the packer shipper that should of packed the box tight and filament tape

Very sorry to hear that. I've done business with those boys for years with only one complaint. They made it right so quick I almost felt guilty for complaining.
Hope that policy has not changed now that we are in a perpetual state of "Viral Overload."
Or is that, "Viral Dumpload?"

Exact same experience. No questions asked. Almost hesitant to post it in case anyone gets a bad idea.

I'm always nervous when I see fedex is handling anything I order. I wouldn't trust them to handle a piece of paper correctly. I swear they get training loading baggage at o'hare airport.

Like the old saying goes “you pay peanuts and you get monkeys“ unfortunately in today’s world the monkeys are taking over!

Maybe one day your packages will be under 24 hr video surveillance. The time it is picked, packaged and tossed into a cart, loaded on a truck and gently placed on your front porch. that will cut out all the bs.
Amazon will most likely provide this first.
