I`ve been thinking about trying the 6BRX to re-chamber my 6br and use it`s remaining life to fireform cases for my next bbl. I use this gun mostly for live varmint shooting but I`ve found a place to shoot 1000yrd comp. and I think the extra vel. of the BRX could help me fight this WYO. wind we got here.
What I need to know is if I can shoot both 87gr v-max & 105-107`s seated out of the doughnut spot in that little neck it`s got, and if so, what throat length do I need?
Also, is it OK to fireform used Lapua 6br cases, they`re still in good shape with about 12+ shots and necks only sized 1\2 way down.
Any advice will be really helpfull !!!
