If this happens, i would guess your not using enough neck tension to start with. Use a .001" smaller bushing, and i bet bullets will hold ahead of the pressure ring when seated deep. +1...If not, why would smaller bushings create more neck tension, as is verifiable with a seating pressure gauge. This is true with or without a PR that is larger than the bearing surface.
