SELLING Bullet Jacket Loading System

I a 3d printed jacket loading systems ready to ship. The 6mm will handle up to 1.150 long jackets and will hold 210 jackets per tray. Also available in 6.5mm and 30cal

The system consists of three plates, top funnel, middle guide plate and base plate. Below the funnel is a drop slide plate and a removable fence on top of funnel plate. The system uses 2 pins to align the stack up. All jackets are dumped on top and most will fall into the funnel base down. Some will need situated correctly. Once ready, remove slide to allow jackets to drop into base. Close the slide and dump cores. Once all holes are filled, remove the slide plate and all cores will drop and load into the jackets. Remove base plate and attach another. Repeat. Then happy core seating! These are made out of PETG, which is more resistant to heat and chemicals.

The entire system will run $250 plus Additional base plates can be made for $75 plus shipping. 2 or more base plate drop to $50 per plate.

Additional base plates can be used with the upper loading system. The base is .500 thick and .400 deep holes. Simple way to add capacity.

For those that would prefer a 50 or 100 hole system...I can make them to order. Here is a model of a 100 round version(6-5/8x6-5/8).

I am making myself a 100 round model and will post when I get all the parts printed. I am looking at a price point of $125 for the system and $50 for additional base.

These will be nice when making test lots.
