Bullet die

Who would you recommend to make a bullet die ? I have a friend that makes his short range bullets and he now wants to make his long range bullets.

As far as I know there might only be one guy that is making bullet dies. That is Jeff Peinhardt.
I believe all the others have retired unless someone else has stepped up to make them.
I do know of a guy that is making core squirt dies.
