It looks like Ben Avery gave everyone a taste of what that range is capable of in the last couple of days. I suspect some of the new records are going to stand for a long time.

Congrats to all of the winners and new record holders!

I was living vicariously through the excellent coverage of the match by Paul and the competitors. It looked like another great match run by the best folks in the business.

Almost every Berger Southwest National record was broken. David Gosnell broke the individual open record. Madison shot a 1232-55X, old junior record was 1199-26X. The field was the best I have ever seen!!! I have never seen a perfect 600 at midrange, and there were 5!! David only dropped 3 points for the match!! By far the most incredible field of shooters I have ever seen, I was great just to shoot with these guys.
