Thanks to everyone that worked so hard to bring us the Berger Southwest Nationals again. The weather stayed away just long enough to finish. A big thanks to Mid, Nancy, Michelle, and everyone involved for putting so much time into producing one of the best matches in the country.

I bet Michelle gets plenty of registrations early next year as I am sure it will fill up faster. See everyone next year!

I too want to express my gratitude to Michelle, Marisia, Nancy, Lana, Mid, Emil, the line officers and pit detail, et al for yet another GREAT match….AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!!


Additionally, despite my uncertainty as to the most appropriate forum venue to humbly express my surprise and appreciation, I want to thank Paul McMenamin for his kind thoughts and words in awarding me the Accurate Shooter “Corinthian Award” following the match. Also, it was my distinct pleasure and honor to accept the award as presented by my old friend and shooting compadre Jim Murphy who (among others) has provided un-dying assistance in my competitive shooting efforts for over 30 years… It’s been thru their cumulative efforts in support, special accommodations from the NRA and the ODCMP, kind assistance from fellow competitors, and the patience of my sweet wife, Sheila, that I’ve been afforded the opportunity to again participate in the best sport in the world WITH the best people in the world…all of you!...the BEST!!!
