I've run across a couple of these for sale recently at what seemed to be reasonable prices considering they look to have decently made action. I've looked at them a couple times but on the fence about it. One of them is a Stutzen model (possibly not a factory stock, has a metal end cap instead of what looks more like a Schnabel type forend in many of the pictures I've seen) and I have a soft spot for Mannlicher stocks so that's part of my interest in it. I wouldn't plan to shoot one a lot, mostly to make a few hunts with an interesting rifle. On the other hand, if I needed to get parts for one it could just end up an expensive paper weight.
With the cumulative experience here I figured there's probably a few people around that have owned one at one time or another. Any thoughts?
