I just want to take time to recognize the guys at Brux for their awesome customer service. I had some crazy things going on with a fairly new barrel at the nationals this year so i emailed them and asked their opinion. They recommended i send it to them to have it checked out. Upfront i told them i wasnt looking for a handout, just wanted to know for sure what was going on and if it was too far gone to be a dependable competitive barrel. They said they would check it out and if all looked good they would send it back to me. Today i received my original barrel back, and a replacement barrel. These guys didnt have to send me anything or even take the time to look at my barrel, but they did. Thank you!!! Its guys like this that make the sport even better!
