Brux customer service

I just want to take time to recognize the guys at Brux for their awesome customer service. I had some crazy things going on with a fairly new barrel at the nationals this year so i emailed them and asked their opinion. They recommended i send it to them to have it checked out. Upfront i told them i wasnt looking for a handout, just wanted to know for sure what was going on and if it was too far gone to be a dependable competitive barrel. They said they would check it out and if all looked good they would send it back to me. Today i received my original barrel back, and a replacement barrel. These guys didnt have to send me anything or even take the time to look at my barrel, but they did. Thank you!!! Its guys like this that make the sport even better!

That's cool dave, you gonna bring that to the groundhog shoot?
 
I have been there a couple times. Ken said that if they sell me a barrel that doesn't shoot, they replace it. He said you can make yourself crazy trying to determine why it doesn't shoot and may never find out. I like the way he thinks!

Which groundhog shoot are you referring to? Ill probably be at larrys shoot. I just realized who this is, yea our crew will be there as long as the good lord sees fit.

did they say what was up with your original barrel?
No havent heard from them, it surprised me when the UPS man showed up today. I thought they may still be testing it.

Not a Brux customer, but had a chance to chamber a few of their barrels recently: high quality. Looked very nice on the inside with a borescope, nicely polished on the outside, and a very straight bore. Good stuff.
 
I had a shipping mishap with them a while back, I think I received a phone call a day until my barrel showed up.

Return customer from now on, Thanks Brux.

David after inspecting your barrel there was nothing that we could see that would cause the barrel to shoot bad. In fact a majority of the barrels that do not shoot have no visible reason to shoot bad. Sometimes it's just the luck of the draw.

well once again thank you. I have won a lot of stuff with a brux at 600/1000 yard matches and hope to continue next year
 
Yep, Brux is tops in customer service. I had one that I was questioning. No questions asked they sent a new one and didnt even want the old one back. Total opposite of the of B in the biz.
