Well Eric, You are truly one of kind and should have a rest to match. I will not polish mine up as I do not want to show you up. Please do not shoot next to me though as I do not want the glare off that thing. You will be able to find me on the far left of the range, IF you can see that far, its a big range.

The little end is definitely the place to be. Especially if there is a tail wind. 
Guys, I really don't know all that much about Raton, only shot there once. Spent most of my time on the far left. First day got stuck in the middle. Still, its a fun little range. You guys heading up for the Mid West palma? They do sell beer here in Wisconsin!

I got a 338 Brux 1 in 10" twist sitting on a new rifle right now. Just called Norm up a couple months ago and he had the exact unturned blank I wanted sitting around the shop. Heck of a nice fella.
Can't wait to fire it when I get home from work in a week. I had my gunsmith check it out with his hawkeye before he fit it to my Remmy 700 SS Mag action to tell me what he thought of the finish. He said the bore was as nice as he's ever seen. Virtually no tooling marks. So I expect it will break in fairly easy and shoot even better

We've got three Long Range weekends and two Mid Range matches at Camp Pendleton before Raton. After hearing some disturbing rumors out of Wisconsin, I'd better stay in San Diego and practice. I don't think that California will get around to banning single shot bolt guns before August. So, I should be good to go.
