I wasn't talking about the OP. He simply asked a question.I pretty much agree with you, but in his defense, the op asked for opinions and experiences. He didn’t ask for only positive feedback.

Over the years I have bought actions, barrels, and brass and other stuff from Bruno's. Never had an issue with any purchase.Has anyone bought from them before?? Are they reputable? Thanks
I agree talk to them first if you have a problem. So you had a bad experience. Well, well, well. It happens. I have had a lot of what could be construed as bad experiences for some of the best companies in the business.
Instead of making public complaints, you might get better results if you made a phone call and voiced your complaint to a real person. Most companies do not want their customers feeling like they have been stung by a bee. They will either make it right or explain their reasoning.
I think it is in poor taste to broadcast these things, at least until you have made an effort to work things out. What I see here is the overwhelming comment praises Bruno's. Further if you don't like the price then don't buy it. Remember all things to do with firearms are in short supply and if the price is higher than normal and he has it when no one else does, he has to make a profit to stay in business.
I do a lot of business with Blue Collar Reloading. His supply has shrunk to the point I am afraid he will be forced out of business.
Wake up folks. What we do requires a host of products. If I have to pay more for reloading supplies, to continue shooting a few times a week, I will man up and pay the price. Are you going top stop shooting because primers are out of sight in pricing. Not me.
Exactly. I had a bad experience and moved on. This is not a fanboy club Nick, just actual experiences. Nothing more.I pretty much agree with you, but in his defense, the op asked for opinions and experiences. He didn’t ask for only positive feedback.
I’m sorry, but I have no idea what you’re saying.I wasn't talking about the OP. He simply asked a question.
I’ve ordered quite a bit from them. No issues whatsoever.Has anyone bought from them before?? Are they reputable? Thanks
Hi! I answer all emails almost instantly. Which email address are you using? They are great. Just wish they answer emails quickly. I know they did in stock not all on website.
How's that for a fast answer. I've done business there since they started in Phoenix and before then when Bruno was in PA. Watched the family and the business grow. I always had the greatest of service and all my experiences have been positive. Great to see the grand kids taking a part. It's a family run business and it's well run!Hi! If you're referring to me, I wasn't airing a public complaint, I was answering the poster's question. So you had a bad experience. Well, well, well. It happens. I have had a lot of what could be construed as bad experiences for some of the best companies in the business.

my experience is that the online order form seems to default at times to $15/$17 shipping. I called about that while ago and was told they would only charge actual shipping. The last small item I ordered, the checkout process said $15.54 for shipping. When came time to ship and charge my CC - they charged me $3.22 for shipping. ymmvI live 20 miles from Kelbly’s and would always stop in Bruno’s tent at the Super Shoot. Bought a lot of powder, primers, and bullets from them. Yesterday I ordered 4 solvent bottles and a Redding 357 Mag sizer die. I cancelled it when I saw $17.00 for shipping.
