Back in 2010 I purchased a Browning 223 Rem composite stalker rifle for varmint hunting. This light weight sporter turned out to be a sub moa rifle with tailored hand loads. I've used as a stalker when I move around a lot or do recon on a new field. I've taken a bunch of ground hogs with it and have for the most part been pleased with the rifle - accurate, handles well in the filed and functions flawlessly.
The only compliant was the stock was made a rubberized material which was fine initially but as time worn on it started peel and collect foreign material. I called Browning Customer service to see what remedy was available expecting to have to pay for any remedy if even a remedy was available given the age of the rifle.
They replaced the stock, free of charge, even upgraded the stock to a beautiful, more durable walnut stock. Wow, that's great customer service. Thanks Browning!!
