Ok so I pin tumble all may brass and it is nice and shinny. Now some time later it is all tarnished and dull again. How do I keep it shiny?
I use the "Dillon Rapid Polish 290" and I've used the NuFinish car wax. My brother once threw in 1 cap full and it clumped up and bunch got inside a case and was hard to get out. I now drip it in the corncob/walnut one drop at a time and let it mix of a few minutes before I throw the cases in there. I use the polish every 5 to 7 cycles (mainly because I forget to use it) and the cases still come out looking better than new.
I tumble After I size the cases, so the Hornady OneShot lube left on the cases helps to clean them faster in the tumbler and probably ads to the shine.
