BR Rest and Rear Bag or Bulls Bag?

It will probably be a long time before I compete (if ever) but still I am having fun with accuracy shooting and increasing my skills. Right now I shoot off of a Shooters Ridge Zero Kick Shooting Rest (similar to a Caldwell Lead Sled). I would like to either get a front BR type rest such as a Caldwell Rock BR or even one of the more expensive rests like Sinclair offers. I recently read about a Bulls Bag (sand filled canvas bag system) which is pretty impressive especially for the cost savings.
My question is: If I want to shoot as accurately as possible which is the best way to go?
I'm shooting a Savage .223 LRPV with 24 inch Benchrest barrel, Rifle Basix trigger and handloads.

If I were you I would go with the br rest & rear bag. Buy the best one you can afford. Buy once ,cry once.
