I sent the first one to prom@andweighting but end up sending one to Randi she emailed me saying that she sent it direct to the processing center, I would contact Randi

i emailed mine to the promo address and then emailed randi later and asked if they got it. email initially to the promo address

wow that is alot quicker than 6 to 8 weeks. thanks for the info--ill be watching for mine and post when i get it

I also sent an email inquiry, and got a prompt response confirming the rebate is valid and being processed.

I had the same thing happened to me and was given another email to send the rebate and receipt to. Same thing also happened to a friend.

I received my rebate check yesterday. It took about six weeks. A friend received his in a couple weeks, so they vary in how long it takes for processing.
