I have been using the whole set up for a while now & it has not missed a beat. The supplied powder catching cup really works well. Best of luck with your new piece if equipment. You will want to put a small piece of mouse pad under the trickler......;)

I've had a Fx120i for over a year. At this price I'm considering buying another for backup; at $375 it would be worth it to me to avoid the pain that would come along with extended down time. Has anyone heard of a unit failing and if so how long does it take to get serviced?
 
I ordered mine today. Sure wish our dollar was better. You guys get an even better deal than us.
Still nice to get a rebate. Not sure if this scale set up will make any difference, but tired of the other cheaper digital scales.
 
Got mine yesterday. Threw some powder today for tomorrows shoot.
I must say this was so, much more easy/accurate then the old Bald Eage strain guage scale I was using. Its so nice not to have to tap the darn pan to get it to recognize the single grain drops and when it trickles in it knows it. That alone cut my time in half. Also, no more re-tare weighting due to drift.
I can only imagine how good it will be when I save up a bit more to get the Adams V2 trickler. :)

I sent in my form last week. Had a h#%% of a time with the iPad trying to figure out how to do it. Finally took pictures of the invoice and rebate form, attached them to an email and sent it off. Haven't got a confirmation. Hope I didn't send it into the ozone!

Sent mine twice with no reply. Then asked customer service about it, said it wasn't there, so sent it to him personally. He said he got it and was going to check into why the other 2 didn't come through.

I had the same thing happened to me and was given another email to send the rebate and receipt to. Same thing also happened to a friend.

thanks for that info - thats exactly what i was afraid would happen- what is the contact info you used?
 
I emailed them February 13 with the rebate information I had called a couple weeks ago to make sure that they had it and I'm not sure if they did or not. I felt it was good that I called
