Borescope

Its been demonstrated to me that my bore cleaning methods aren't good.

I've always cleaned fairly often and managed to get a clean patch-----no inside inspection.

Now I realize that a clean patch does not always equal a clean bore-----the Hawkeye doesn't lie.

I'm not going to spring for the bucks to get a Hawkeye----would appreciate opinions on the
Lyman or other choices.

This has been discussed probably at least 2x a month since last fall. Most recently as last week.

Use the search box in the top right.. type "Borescope" in it. You'll have enough to read for weeks. Most of it says the same thing. 1. Hawkeye, 2. New Lyman. 3. Borrow from a buddy 4. Some other cheap thing from Amazon that is barely helpful.
