Per the compatibility docs @ midway.com, believe the #13 is what you're looking for although there's a possibility the #11 would be fine.

A #4 Possum Hollow is what I am using in my T3 chambered in 6BR and it says right on the paperwork that came with it:
CARTRIDGES: 22 & 6BR, 22-250, 243, 6 Rem, 257 R, 25-06, 260 R, 6.5 CM, 6XC
Call them up {emails never seem to get answered or weeks later} he is quite a nice fellow and he can advise you the best as HE makes them.

Looked on the compatibility chart, shows #13 for a Tikka T3 in 22-250
