Black nickel coating on bullets

I see the SPS Pro Shop has some Nosler (out of stock) .22 55 gr bullets listed. Does the nickel coating have any advantage, just for looks and how does it wear in a barrel?

Its probably the "silvertip".
The black coating is Lubalox if we are talking about the same thing, similar to moly I would imagine
