Hello. Anyone who can help.
Now " I" have been waiting since November 2022 after export license. Rifle from USA to Iceland.
My FFL exporter and gunsmith say he can not contact any to find out where his application is in the BIS system. I can not believe it is so.
I know this guy is "famous " for his story's about what is happening

I know of a Vudoo V-22 that went from the US to Germany in much less time last year, shipping from a US private party to a US based FFL/Exporter, then thru export licensing to shipment overseas. If your gunbuilder is also the FFL/Exporter, I would suspect that the problem is in completing the build, not in obtaining the export license. You could contact an independent party that specializes in export for an opinion/info on typical times, points of contact, etc. ETSS-USA is one: https://www.etss-usa.com/
