Bighorn TL3 Controlled Round Feed Questions

1. Can you single feed this action?
2. Does this action feed flawlessly from an AICS magazine? Assume I'm running 6.5 x 47 Lapua.

Yes on the first question. You can feel the extractor slide over the rim but it’s hardly any more pressure than one it picks up.

I’ve had zero problems running 6 creedmoor from aics 5rd in Hawkins Hunter m5 bottom metal (their mags feed well too) and a 300wsm from Hawkins Hunter mags.

Terminus bottom metal won’t work without modifications to the mag corners but I think I could get it to work. Once I saw it was hitting the front of the action’s feed rails I went back to the Hawkins.

I’ve got two different setups, great platform.
