Big thanks to USMCDOC

After looking at USMCDOC'S posts on his ultra cool 10/22's I got the bug to dig out my old turtle gun. Had it since the late 80's and this 10/22 has fired countless rounds. Done a bit of research and installed a trigger kit from E Arthur Brown and a heavy taper Fedderson barrel. Added a solid brass pillar and bedded the rear of the action, the action screw area and 2" of the barrel ahead of the block. Tried 5 different brands of 22lr. Best 50 yds group was .312" with Aguila super extra. Worst was .518 with CCI standard. Will look to true match 22lr. New game to me but the most fun I've had shooting in a while.
