Biden closes "gun show loophole"

So ; In reality , this has no affect on private , single gun sales from individual to individual , just like before . Just more of the , "See , We did something for the Gun-Grabbers" ! I do understand it will have a affect on those who are , "In the Business", of selling and buying multiple guns , and hopefully these folks have been following the rules already .

It should say again! Didn`t obama do it also. Last gun show I went to you did everything like in a shop. The parking lot was different. But those folks weren`t making a living at it. Dog and pony show Joe. Jeff
From what I read, that's what they'll redefine, is the parking lot stuff.

"The new rule will expand the definition of who is “engaged in the business” of selling firearms and now required to conduct background checks—for example, sellers who “repetitively” sell firearms within 30 days of their purchase, or sell guns that are new or “like new” and in their original packaging."

Looks to me like it just expands or makes the definitions clear as mud, so they'll have any reason to kick in your door unannounced at 6am and kill you like the guy in Little Rock.

So, no box and then "like new" falls under ATF definition, or whose? No place for subjective laws, IMHO.

Sad how these unelected bureaucrats can just makes "rules" which actually become laws any time they want. There are actually 4 branches of government and this 4th branch is totally unaccountable to anyone.

This.

Rules are laws. And the executive branch and their bureau thugs have no place in our republic making laws.

But then our government has been wiping it's behind with the Constitution for most of a century or more then anyway.

COVID showed everyone that the governments all over the world can make "rules" and use FORCE, either physical or economic or otherwise... Any time they want.

What a joke. Looks like the same as before only with different grey area.
Where “we” are lucky is, none of them know what they speak of.
