Biden closes "gun show loophole"

I believe this: the liberals want to destroy the constitution any way they can. They are currently on the way to making this a lawless country and have corrupted almost every government agency. You cannot depend on justice to help you in this day and time.

The liberals know that they cannot safely complete their goal until guns and who is permitted to possess them is entirely under their control. So they keep pressing ahead and if they gain an inch, they take it and build on it to gain another inch - until there are no more inches. Once they complete this goal, they will let you go to the polls and then tell you who they have selected for the position. Voting will be for entertainment only.

The danger of the ATF defining who should have to run background checks is that the decision is based on their opinion and not facts.

It's a shame they didn't think to require the same for all private sales of meth, fentanyl, heroin, etc.
Then the drug abuse in this country would vanish, because every criminal would have to follow the law.
Oh, wait a minute.
Never mind.
There was a shooting in Memphis at 2am today where a cop died, 2 others wounded by a known 18 year old criminal who was arrested and released without bond last month who had possession of a pistol with a "glock switch".
Why wasn't he in federal custody for violation of a law you or I would be jailed for?

So ; In reality , this has no affect on private , single gun sales from individual to individual , just like before . Just more of the , "See , We did something for the Gun-Grabbers" ! I do understand it will have a affect on those who are , "In the Business", of selling and buying multiple guns , and hopefully these folks have been following the rules already .

I'm not so sure. The way it's written will eventually lead to stopping private party sales.

So guns we've bought and collected and never shot but decide to sell falls under some definition of theirs?
after first reading, yes it would seem so. however, in true bureaucratic fashion i believe they purposely left themselves a great amount of ambiguous wiggle room. i recall discussions during the comments phase of this ruling that 'among' factors they would present would be condition, length of time owned, acquisition and disposition price, advertising (even if only word of mouth), 'restocking' same or similar firearms and many others.

without wading through the ruling and trying to read their minds (like we don't know what is in there) one quick and concise place to get a synopsis is the armed attorneys u toob channel. check it out:

Why wasn't he "dropped in his tracks" last month???:confused:

ATF under the current DOJ banner....what did we expect really, from that? It was bad enough under the treasury dept but we all know how much this DOJ can be trusted and frankly, it's been headed this way for a long time, not just under the POS POTUS. Ultimately, I think it's a political move that they know they'll lose on but don't let that stop you. Call your Rep TODAY! They'll steal whatever we let them! So much wrong with this that it'd take a book but it's backdoor gun registration and retroactive law that would penalize the guy who has been collecting guns for years...yes, hoping they appreciate. And then...if you wrote a check for any of them. low and behold...you have a record for P&L on said purchase. This is just way out of bounds but they'll do it if we don't speak up!

Don't sit on your hands on this! Speak loudly and clearly!

Oh, that is a mouthful right there! 100% agree.

But, snivel, whine, whine, he wasn't yet proven guilty...in art because the system is so convoluted he might see court...trial...in two years.

There is no rule of law

I propose the creation of a special thread..."Memories of guns we once owned", cause I would like to begin reminiscing now about all my guns sold several years ago, that only today I have been able to refer to in past tense.

Ill start..."I used to own some great stuff but as I got older and poorer, I slowly sold them off to strangers with no felony or misdeamenor convictions, getting back pennies on the inflated dollar I once spent on them before Bidenomics renewed my hope in the economy..."

Your turn

Why wasn't he "dropped in his tracks" last month???:confused:
That's the $64 question, he must not have made a threatening action towards the officers involved in that particular incident.
But the real reason he was on the street again is a justice system that was broken on purpose by politicians of both parties to allow persons like this to keep committing crimes so they can create more laws to solve the problems their previous laws/rulings created.

Well ! I for one am going to fix all this . Against a source of power that has , and uses the ability to make up a law this morning to arrest you tonight while getting some FREAK judge or politician to sign off on it , I'm going to complain more and vote harder ! All the while getting the support of so called 51% of our population and Media .

There was no "Loophole" in those gun buys, but it sounds good for the media, Biden and the Anti-gun folks to talk that way. It tickles their ears and ego. It only puts another burden and hoop for legal firearm purchase for lawful citizens and does nothing to curtail the black market and criminals from obtaining firearms and breaking the law of murder and mayhem.
