Better than a great deal is making a great new friend.

In the business world my sales were up over 1000% in a ten year period. My philosophy was to treat everyone by “the golden rule”. I knew there was a situation that would make everyone happy or at least satisfied and I strived to make it happen EVERY time.

In my buying/selling/trading here on AS I have made lots of deals and I consider EVERY deal included a new friend or acquainting with an old friend. A recent purchase of some bullets makes me realize that new friend means more to me than those bullets. And I can assure you I wouldn’t take ANYTHING for those bullets!

"Put people first" not things!! I've found, in getting to my old age, that there are a lot more decent people than jerks.

I dealt with a lot of good people here when selling my friend Keith's stuff for his heirs and some of my own stuff in the past. Many, many transactions, over 50K worth. And I declined selling all the varmit rifles. Most all folks are pretty honest, and I hope all the people that bought from me were satisfied.
