Best way to proceed

Would it be less expensive for me to buy the components and then give them to a smith to build or to give him the specs and let him order and assemble.
This will be a Palma rifle by the way.

If you order ove the internet, no sales tax. Also you shop as it is your $$$.

If he orders, sales tax. He/she shops on your nickle.

I would order everything and give to 'smith. Saying that, I usually let the gunsmith supply the barrel.
