best tripod for PF-100 spotting scope??

This spotting scope is front heavy and weighs 7 lbs.I need an affordable heavy duty tripod.I don't know which to get?

For a large, heavy scope like that nothing beats a geared head tripod.

off of ebay for my Pentax PF-80 and it works great-extremely steady and easy to get lined up using the geared head. The only draw back is the bulk and weight. I paid a little over $100 but, mine isn't in as nice condition as the one linked to and I think I got an exceptional deal.
