Best night of the year.

I see 221 FB brass made from LC for $30...anyone using this to make 20VT?/
Made many thousands of pieces from the stuff, LC09/ LC11 was the best years for the purpose. LC13 has had many failures due to cracks in the cases that you can't see until they're fired.

Parker, before AB became rich and famous he was a "go-to" for those that didn't form their own. Many good reports of his cases!

Ya, Ya, I knew that...my inate ability to just sniff out the hidden expert in the thread...ya, that's me alright! ;) I am glad a accidentally asked the right guy! Thanks AB

Add five more to the total.

The above picture is a one shot kill @ 540yds20160721_185329_resized.jpg
The above picture is another one shot kill @ 560yds. All I could see were their heads, which was enough. 20160721_190153_resized.jpg 20160721_190159_resized.jpg
All were killed using the 40gr Vmax @ 3866 from the 20 practical.

Biting down on those explosive alfalfa can knock the crap right out of a whistle-pig.

SAY WHAT ? ? ?

"Add 25 to the total. Killed 23 off a 6 acre field tonight. Farthest was 510 with the 20vt."

You dun kilt all of the coyotes too?? Other than the small one from last year that wandered by?

The hogs are sooo scarce in NE IN just S. of US 6, it's a waste of gas to look for them, truck or ATV, and I know where to look on the 900 acres available to me..... If it weren't for the pix (thanks for posting them) I'd say you were just having a good dream and passed it on to us lesser mortals.

I am green with envy.

Going out Tuesday with the 22 Dasher loaded to the hilt. Should make some interesting memories.

Very impressive - beautiful field - great shooting - won't be able to sleep tonight - going out tomorrow to a field that was just cut - will be seeing ghogs in my sleep - just love it - can't get enough of it - it's addicting.

You've had a great season, Adam. For those that don't know Ohio counties, Coshocton is next door to my county.
If the wind was as strong where you were as it was here, I'm surprised you saw any. I got skunked today, wind was 10 MPH plus.
But I did get 2 yesterday, bringing my season total to 447. Both were out in the middle of combined bean fields. A little tough to spot them - brown on brown.

Heading thru Coshocton, licking and athens counties to eventually end up in my destination for whitetail deer, I often drove by many ground hogs sunning in the fields. Even tho the numbers are much lower in my Bowhunting county, it's not that far to drive for a late morning/early afternoon shoot between bowhunts. Certainly not many guys doing it. They definitely are "Hogs" this time of year.
