best collet bullet puller

I use the RCBS collet puller. It may deform the bullets a little but it's a gentle pull to remove the bullet. No primer going off.

My older RCBS was designed for a person with three hands. Not really true - one knee to keep the ram up, one hand to hold the collet and one to wind the illbred lever at the top to tighten.

Truly, it's been one of the best investments I've ever made. It taught me to get my loads right the first time so I don't have to use the bugger ever.

I researched the subject and settled on the Forster collet puller. The collets are designed so that the downward force actually conches the petals tighter to the bullet.

have a problem with foster with 45 70 need inertia puller t get to area which is flat for collet to grip

+ one for hornnady die instructions were hard to understand
but you tube and instructions red many times it works well.
Still yous inusha on small amounts
